FitDay.com An Online Diet & Fitness Journal

I ran across a neat web site a couple of days ago. It's called www.fitday.com It ties in nicely to the fitness challenge that we have here at work since it allows you to track both the food you eat and the activities that you do. It's only downside is it's rather ugly, but what it lacks in looks it makes up for in cost: free.
